Warranties, Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
Fedegari does not sell defective products or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards.
Prices are subject to change and will be as indicated on the site from time to time, except in the case of obvious error. The Customer is obliged to check the final sale price before sending the relevant order form.
The Holder endeavours to make its online shop Services as good as possible; however, the user uses the Services solely at his/her own risk. In particular, the Owner does not guarantee that:
(i) The Services will be secure or available at a particular time or place.
(ii) Any defects or errors will be corrected.
(iii) The Services will be free of viruses or other harmful materials.
(iv) The results of the use of the Services will meet the Customer's expectations.
The Owner only guarantees the material integrity of the Products on http://shop.tronconero.it at the time of delivery.
Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding point, Fedegari does not give any further warranty on the Products. In particular, Fedegari makes no warranty as to the compatibility of the Products with other Products or equipment used by the Customer, nor does it make any warranty as to the suitability of the Products for the specific use intended by the Customer. The Customer indemnifies the Owner against any claims relating to the Products sold through the Site, including defective Products or items that have caused physical damage (as in cases of product liability).
Without prejudice to cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Holder, it is hereby agreed that, should the Holder be found to be liable to the Customer for any reason whatsoever - including in the case of total or partial breach of obligations assumed by and towards the Customer as a result of the execution of an order - the Holder's liability shall not exceed the price of the Products purchased by the Customer and in respect of which the claim arose.

Invalidity
Should one or more provisions of these general conditions be deemed invalid or declared invalid by application of any law, regulation, or as a result of a final decision made by a competent jurisdiction, the other provisions shall retain their full force and effect.
Amendments and Updates
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be effective as of the date of publication on http://shop.tronconero.it and will therefore apply to orders placed after that date.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 on distance contracts - Consumer Code "Chapter I, Title III of Part III - and by Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003 for aspects related to e-commerce.
In the event of litigation and in the absence of a negotiated or out-of-court agreement reached between the parties, without prejudice to the possible applicability of mandatory provisions of law placed to protect the consumer, any dispute in any way related to these General Conditions, will be devolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Pavia.
