The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the sale and delivery of goods through the online shop http://shop.tronconero.it (hereinafter also referred to as the "Site") by Fedegari Autoclavi SpA, Strada Statale 235 km 8, cap 27010, Albuzzano (PV), Italy (hereinafter referred to as "Fedegari" or "Owner"). By placing an order or registering as a buyer, the Customer expressly approves and accepts the GTC. The GTC, which can be modified at any time by Fedegari, are valid in the version in force at the time of the order.
Products and Prices
The items for sale are really those displayed in our online catalog and match, with the product name and manufacturer. The pictures are also realistic. However, it may happen that for some items, the shape of the bottle or the graphics of the label may vary. These variations are not considered a replacement or alteration of the product offered on this site. There is no minimum order to proceed to purchase: buying and selling of even 1 product is allowed.
All prices shown are in EUR and include VAT and any taxes or excise taxes.
The indicated prices are not binding. The indication of prices may be subject to typing errors or technical problems. Fedegari reserves the right to reject any orders related to an error in the price indication and to cancel the sale offer. Fedegari reserves the right to change the prices posted on http://shop.tronconero.it at any time. Product prices published from time to time cancel and replace previous prices and are subject to actual product availability. Final Prices shown include shipping charges.
Ordered items are delivered by courier generally inside special cardboard containers, and special care is taken in case of fragile items. Packages are shipped by Express Courier with tracking. A link will be provided to the Customer to track their package online. Inside the package will be included the accompanying invoice relating to the order if requested by the customer or the receipt, with details of the products purchased and their prices. The sale is reserved exclusively for Customers in Italy and Europe.
Payment Terms
Once you have selected the goods in the desired quantity, it can be viewed on the shopping cart. At this point, to make payment, you must register, entering your information and creating your own user and password. For subsequent purchases, being a registered user, it will be sufficient to log in to the site by entering your own user and password, created at the time. By placing the order on the Site, the Customer declares that he/she has read, the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure. The purchase price shall be paid at the time of the Order through the payment methods provided. In case of partial deliveries, the purchase price is payable for the partial volume delivered. The goods remain the property of Fedegari until the purchase price is paid in full. There is a charge for any collection costs.
Payment Methods
Payment of the total amount is due from the time of order.
The Customer agrees to pay the agreed price for the Product ordered on the Site.
The Customer settles the order by:
• Credit card. In case of non-receipt by the Company of the payment within 14 days after confirmation of the order, Fedegari reserves the right to cancel the order.
• Paypal: The Customer warrants to Fedegari that he/she has any necessary authorizations to use the Paypal payment method when placing the order.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Delivery time is approximately 3/8 working days from receipt of payment, although these are approximate times. In individual cases, delivery times may be significantly delayed. Fedegari disclaims any responsibility related to the fulfilment of the stated delivery times. All products for sale on the site are in stock although, especially at certain times of the year, it may occur that low availability of an item or several simultaneous orders may distort the actual online availability. Therefore, if the volume ordered exceeds in-stock, delivery times may be significantly delayed. Fedegari reserves the right to deliver and charge reduced volumes compared to the order. To the extent possible, Fedegari will promptly inform the purchaser of any delivery delays or limited availability of the goods. Any right to damages in the event of limited availability of the goods or delays in delivery is excluded. If delivery times are not met, the buyer may rescind the contract if, after 14 days from the originally scheduled delivery date, Fedegari fails to meet this deadline. Costs arising from the non-receipt of goods by the Customer shall be borne by the Customer. Since the incomplete indication of the delivery address generally prevents delivery, it is imperative that a correct and complete delivery address (postal code, location, street, house number, staircase, door) be provided at the time of ordering. Failure to do so may result in delays in delivery and return of goods. Additional costs arising from any failure on the part of the Customer will be charged additionally.
